Another kick at the can of designing sites to be *re*designed at the 
request of low-vision users, all through standards-compliant markup. 
It's the new black.

"High Accessibility, High Design-- CSS to the Rescue"

And best of all, it's also available in Dutch!

"Goed ontwerp, goede toegankelijkheid-- CSS helpt iedereen"

Note the acknowledgement of the work of Aries Arditi, which he may 
someday publish.
