two things:

1) can you *please* include subjects for your posts. I have asked about this twice previously. If there is no subject then people don't know what the thread is about and it makes it impossible to search archives properly. I don't think I'm being unreasonable in expecting posts to a public list of this import to have a subject.

2) what do you mean by 'Access rules'. Do you mean our equivalent to your 508 legislation?

When you care enough to work with the very best
America has to offer...hire Disabled Veterans!

In the words of Calvin Coolidge.....

"Nothing in the world can take place of persistence. Talent will not;
nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will
not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the
world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone
are omnipotent."

"The greatest discovery of our generation is that human beings can alter
 their lives by altering their attitudes of mind. As you think, so shall you be".
William James
