I don't think you would get it from Microsoft without signing an non disclosure agreement. For Mozilla, you may be able to find something from bugzilla, but you may have to raise it as a bug youself, and then see how it gets prioritised. It might be on the main site, but I doubt it. My guess is that there is almost zero priority for all major browsers. ++ I assume the footer is bogus, but you've created a precedent for ignoring it in the borderline cases where it would make a difference.
