Re: User agent support of SUMMARY attribute in tables

my suggestion is to leave it out because it tells me that there is a summery
no matter what you put in it and lay out tables need not have summaries.

you're saying: don't use 'this table is for layout' or
similar?  aren't we suppossed to do that?  should we
leave the summary attribute empty or leave it out
alltogether?
