It never stop amazing me how some circles want you go do this or that, by this or that, for certification from their organization. I know I do not by any means or suggestion know half as much as I would like to about web applications, However, I do know quite a bit about accessibility. AND no matter what little logo graces a page, if it is not accessible, it is not accessible. It is like being pregnant, either you are or your are not, period.
