It is very unlikely that any browser implements even all of the visual
media type for CSS2 and probably not even for CSS1.  One current thread
on www-styles is complaining about browsers implementing CSS3 features
before they have fully working CSS1 and CSS2.

Mozilla supports these pseudo-classes.
