No, it was a satirical comment making comparison between the practice
of forcing discriminated-against groups to sit at the back of buses
(African-Americans in the US in the '60s, women in Afghanistan now,
etc.) and the fact that the "accessible" version of this site is
reportedly less useful than the "main" version, in particular Bob
from Access System's experience of searching both sites.

Unfortunately e-mail isn't often a good medium for satire.
