I think you should.  I'd love to hear more about Konqueror, specifically
whether or not it has any usable support for people with disabilities.

Note that the "promoting a commerical product" thing isn't really a
concern since the poster (David Poehlman) doesn't, to the best of my
knowledge, work for Opera, so he's just passing along information.  You
would have a better argument for "advertising" if you were to point at
my web accessibility class announcement. ;)
