I am sorry if this is a little off-topic, but Web was referenced in this 
interesting article.

After reading "DVD Menu Design: The Failures of Web Design Recreated Yet
Again" article on http://useit.com/alertbox/20011209.html ... I was
wondering how's the accessibility is. I assume the accessibility is worse
than the Web. Does anyone have articles or comments on this?
