quick tips for other kinds of technology

I think it would be a great idea. I have worked on doing this for a couple of
things (SVG, designing multimedia languages, XML language design) and the
WCAG group is working on techniques for things like javascript and
multimedia. To go from there to quicktips is another piece of work, but one
I think is useful. Volunteers? or initial suggestions?
