At http://www.tucows.com you can find links to download accessibiltiy
software (they classify it under education). I have got a number of different
types of software for the macintosh, and looking at the windows section they
are under special needs, in the category of general tools.

There are similar services for downloading software of various types - you
might like to look with a search engine.
