Is this, or where would there be a list server forum or
news group for neophytes who'd like to figure out step
by step how to make their web sites more accessible,
flexible or adaptable?...

Bobby analysis results have been too difficult to
sort out and too numerous. Are there are services
like Bobby besides Bobby?...
