first, absolute sizing is a no no in wcag.  second, not all have access
to technology that fixes the text size problem but it is generally held
that those who need it do for they would not be browsing with out it. 
this is why wcag is so important.  if code is such that the browser can
do the sizing and coloring, we have a good operating environment.
