I wonder if the keyboard shortcuts in the Real G2 player would work.  Mind
you, I only know those keyboard shortcuts that work with the video and I am
not really sure if they will work with just audio, like the radio function.
 However, here they are for all to use.  

ctrl-p = pause/play toggle.  
ctrl-s = stop 
ctrl-up arrow = volume up 
ctrl-down arrow = volume down 
ctrl -left arrow = rewind 
ctrl-right arrow = fast forward 

Try these and see if they help any.
