Public Key Infrastructure

The state of Kansas is moving toward a public-key infrastructure (PKI)
approach to electronic government to conduct secure on-line
transactions. The issue of accessibility came up.

How do screen readers interpret PKI? VeriSign is following up on a query
I made, but I thought the list would provide valuable information as
well.
