on what pages should be understandable.  there is certainly a deviding
line.  For blind people, it is the line of demarkation of say taking a
driver's test through simulation.  it is not necessary for a blind
person to take that test even though their son, daughter or other
linked hyper or not individual may need to take that test and be
supervised by them.  I possit as well that not many of the people who
need a site such as has been described here will go to vasser...
