Totally agreed.

Also, when sending a copyrighted article to this list, please note the
fact that this list is archived and made publicly available on the
web, thus it could violate someone's right.  Provably just stating
your concern with summary of the article and giving out the URL to the
article is good enough and safe enough, although I do not think this
issue is appropriate for this list in the first place.
