Updating understanding documents in GitHub

Hi everyone,

I’ve added a little guide to updating documents in github:

Step 1 is the most important (switching to the working branch for the document).

And I’ve included 2 levels, quick edits on the branch, and creating a separate branch.

For anyone who is cloning the repository and doing local edits with push/pull you won’t need this, but for anyone less familiar it should be a good starting point.

There are only 4 steps, but please let me know if it something doesn’t make sense.
