Text techniques and Text Email Newsletter (TEN) standards

I notice that Gregg mentioned to the WG in 2006 the existence of the The 
Text Email Newsletter (TEN) Standard but although there are Plain Text 
Techniques for WCAG 2.0 [2] there is no mention of TEN. Would it not be 
useful to add a link under "Resources." To say "No resources available 
for this technique" is not quite true.

As far as I can see there is no incompatibility between the Techniques 
and TEN, although the latter suggests going further (like marking up 
hierarchies of headings).
