Sean pointed out that the definition of colour is not testable with 
the use of system colours, since we don't know what the colours actually are.

Tim Boland responded:
System colors are deprecated in the CSS3 Color Module.

But how do you prevent people from sticking to CSS 2, in which system 
colours are not deprecated?
