Re: Please review: Draft of updated WCAG WG charter

I'm concerned that the updated charter may not prescribe in enough detail
exactly how the "testability" of WCAG2.0 may be sufficiently demonstrated
(as evidenced by widespread implementation support of the WCAG2.0 SCs) in
order to exit CR stage.. What level (or kind) of specific documentation
is planned to support WCAG2.0 in an attempt to move to PR? What specific
goals/work plans are defined to reach the "exit CR" stage? According to
the plan, movement from CR to PR will occur in just three months (from Q3
to Q4) - or am I missing something (if I am I apologize)? Are WCAG2.0
testing concerns (including those mentioned in QA Test FAQ [1]) being
adequately.sufficiently addressed in the revised charter in order for
progression of the specification to occur?

Thanks and best wishes

SIDE NOTE: 508 is being revised, so would coordination with that revision
activity be appropriate in some fashion?
