Another editorial suggestion: delete the phrase "is written to be"

Current wording: "Content is written to be no more complex than
necessary ... "

Proposed wording: "Content is no more complex than necessary ..."

Rationale: proposed wording comes a little closer to meeting its own
standard.

Subject: Checkpoint 3.3 Editorial Suggestion

The text of checkpoint 3.3 seems to have some grammatical issues...

It currently reads:

Checkpoint: 3.3 [EXTENDED] Content is written to be no more complex than
is necessary and/or supplement with simpler forms of the content.

Should be reworded to include "is supplemented" as follows:

Checkpoint: 3.3 [EXTENDED] Content is written to be no more complex than
is
necessary and/or is supplemented with simpler forms of the content.
