Checkpoint 3.3 Editorial Suggestion

The text of checkpoint 3.3 seems to have some grammatical issues...

It currently reads:

Checkpoint: 3.3 [EXTENDED] Content is written to be no more complex than is
necessary and/or supplement with simpler forms of the content.

Should be reworded to include "is supplemented" as follows:

Checkpoint: 3.3 [EXTENDED] Content is written to be no more complex than is
necessary and/or is supplemented with simpler forms of the content.
