yes well as we are on the guidelines list, how about pushing for this to be included??

I don't happen to agree with you, as it seems to me that tooltips are little different than standard text, ant that one can set to an absolute size, which as I have explained, I have good reasons for wanting to do....

I have asked for svg, and individual logins, I am not expecting either before linux and that is at least 3 years off.

In the meantime we are working in the real world.

I've worked in a number of very large colleges in the uk, of the 3 I can immediately remember not one provides individual logins. 
Universities may well provide such a service, however they have a very different user group.
