I also have regrets.

My 2 cents worth though is that we should publish something like what we have
as a public draft _before_ it undergoes any more radical surgery - when the
second public draft is different people will probably really understand the
status of the document.

It would be nice to link the document to the unified glossary being prepared
too - I would hope that we can actually develop that into a single unified
glossary, where the same terms actually have single definitions and can be
used by different specifications.
