RE: Frames, was Re: Lower priority of some checkpoints

I don't recall where I got it from, but when I ran lynx under windows NT
the only thing it did wrong out of the box was to look for a dead start
page. (I never bothered to fix that - it was just extra delay in strting
up.) Is that the level of problem you had, or was it worse?
