They might do this for the WCAG 2 but I think we'll have to make something
up for the WCAG 1.

I suggest we use:

conformance 'a' - http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/#a
conformance 'aa' - http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/#aa
conformance 'aaa' - http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/#aaa

For section 508, how about we use:

all 508 - http://www.access-board.gov/sec508
paragraph 'a' - http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/a
paragraph 'b' - http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/b
paragraph 'c' - http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/c
etc.
