EARL to XHTML [was: Re: EARL Eep Query]

Well, that was easy. The files are attached (you'll still need the
stuff in [1]), and are:-

   <<template.py>> - the query to template engine
   <<earltemplate.py>> - the EARL template example
   <<earltemplate.html>> - the output from the above

Just do "python earltemplate.py > earltemplate.html" to run the test.
