11 December minutes and work for this week

Greetings all,

Thanks for all your good ideas and for getting so much of this work to
resolution at yesterday's meeting.  I have attached the minutes and we have
updated the W4TW on the wiki

Please note that while there will be an additional question or two added
soon about the WCAG-EM Report Tool, there is still quite a bit to review
and comment on so you can get started anytime.  And remember you can always
answer a few questions now and return tot he survey to complete it any time
before it closes on the 16th. Thanks a million!
