Please prepare and review: agenda for 11 December EO teleconference

Greetings all,

We have only two teleconference calls before we wrap up 2015. Phew! what a
year it has been!

The agenda is posted and is quite extensive.  Our plan is to be as
efficient as possible in moving through the items on the agenda and *you*
can help.  Please review tomorrow's EOWG agenda

your background reading and review in advance of the call and be prepared
to make decisions on open issues.

Thanks for all you have done and continue to do to improve Education and
