Review this week: Media Accessibility User Requirements

Please review it this week, send comments to the EOWG list, and prepare to discuss it at the teleconference. For each comment, indicate:
1. Very important to address before publication as a Working Draft
2. Would be good to address before publication as a Working Draft
3. Can be addressed after publication as a Working Draft

Please use a fairly relaxed "filter" and indicate 1 only for comments that are likely to be a significant issue in a _draft_, e.g., potentially offensive language - and keep in mind that this is an early draft and additional edits can be made for later drafts.
