Comments on the Components Slides

Just a couple of changes.

1. "Web Content". Structural 
Markup and Style are web 
content within the context of 
WCAG 1 and 2. Some people 
split this, but WAI does not 
in its literature.
2."Authoring Tools Creating 
Web Content". Most JavaScript 
and AJAX application perform 
authoring.
