Mobile Web document, explain where WCAG 2.0 has covered shortcomings in 1.0?

In our minutes from the recent face to face, an action was recorded
"Alan to do review the document and explain in places where WCAG 2.0
has covered shortcomings in WCAG" [2]. I don't think that this
document is the appropriate place to do that. Perhaps I misunderstand
the intention, but if there is some other intention, it's not clear
from the minutes. It seems to have been Wayne's idea. Clarification,
please...
