Dear EOWG Participants:

An updated agenda and calling logistics for our 28 October 2005
teleconference follow.

Time: 8:30am - 10:30am U.S. Eastern time; for other time zones see:
                    http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html
Bridge: +1.617.761.6200, code: EOWG# (3694#)
IRC: Channel: #eo, server: irc.w3.org, port: 6665

SCRIBE: Andrew, per: http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/scribes.html

1. Outreach updates (brief)
Please send to EOWG mailing list in advance, and note any trends or issues
for EOWG discussion.

2. Evaluation Tools for Web Accessibility - search and sort
* Briefly discuss "requirements" (purpose/goals/objectives, audience) and
use cases.
Changelog:
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/tools/tools-changelog>
(The changelog contains a very brief description of the audience and the
approach used.)

* Review and discuss latest draft.
Overview:
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/tools/>
Please find static mockups of the search functionality for the tools list.
The main changes were providing more directions and context information on
each sub-page. This resulted in three more or less stand-alone pages:
   - Complete list of the tools
   - Simple search interface (and sub-sequent search results)
   - Advanced search interface (and sub-sequent search results)

3. Feedback on WAI home page "Highlight" for "Involving Users in Evaluation"
See questions from Shawn:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2005OctDec/0062

4. Feedback on EOWG Task Force topics for meeting in Australia
We will have some questions for discussion.

Regards,
~ Shawn & Judy

IRC reminders and tips:
* IRC is supplemental to the call. Some participants do not have IRC. All
substantive comments should be said verbally in the call (not just in IRC).
* to type a side comment that will _not_ get recorded in the minutes, type
/me comment - e.g.:
/me hopes Andrew had a good biking trip
- will come out: *shawn hopes Andrew had a good biking trip
