EOWG: preparation for teleconference

EOWG folks,

At the meeting tomorrow we will discuss open issues in Presenting the
Case for Web Accessibility: Social Factors. The latest draft is at:

Please read the entire document, skim the changelog (in case your issue
is recorded but not yet implemented), and be prepared to discuss the
following issues:
