WCAG2-ATAG2 Harmonization (Success Criteria)

Here is a review of the places where WCAG2 and ATAG2 success criteria
are supposed to be harmonized but that may be unharmonized due to last
minute WCAG2 changes.

In ATAG 2.0 Order (numbers starting with A are ATAG):

A.2.1.2 - 1.1.1: Change ATAG to harmonize.

A.2.2.2 - 1.2.2: ATAG clarify that refers to audio in synch; audio not
in synch needs an SC in ATAG A.2.1

A.2.2.3 - Various: Harmonization was loose. Review needed.

A.2.2.4 - Various: Harmonization was loose. Review needed.

A.2.2.5 - 1.2.6: OK

A.2.2.6 - 1.2.7: OK

A.2.2.7 - 1.2.8: OK

Overall: Both WCAG and ATAG approaches may confuse by the fact that the
bold "handle" text refers sometimes to the original info and sometimes
to the alternatives (JR: I'm going to think more about this).

A.2.3.1 - 4.1.2: Harmonization was loose: OK

A.2.3.2 - 1.3.1: "Structure" not defined in ATAG2 version

A.2.3.5 - 1.3.2: "Correct reading sequence" not defined in ATAG2 version

A.2.3.6 - 1.3.3: OK

A.2.4.2 - 1.4.1: OK - WCAG's note not used.

A.2.4.3 - 1.4.2: Harmonization was loose: OK

A.2.4.8 - 1.4.7: Change ATAG to harmonize.

A.3.1.1 - 2.1.1: Harmonization was loose: OK

A.3.1.2 - 2.1.2: Harmonization was loose: OK

A.3.3.1 - 2.3.1: OK - WCAG's note not used.

A.3.3.3 - 2.3.2: Harmonization was loose: OK

A.4.1.1 - 3.1.3: OK "used in an unusual or restricted way", "idioms",
"jargon" not used in ATAG

A.4.1.2 - 3.1.4: OK

A.4.2.1 - 3.2.1: OK

A.4.2.2 - 3.2.2: OK

A.4.2.3 - 3.2.4: OK - but in ATAG2 is Level 1

A.4.2.4 - 3.2.3: OK

A.4.2.5 - 3.2.5: Change ATAG to harmonize.

A.4.3.3 - 3.3.1: OK

A.4.3.4 - 3.3.2: OK

A.4.3.6 - 3.3.3: OK
