ATAG 2.0 Editor's Draft

Hi,

Here is an Editor's Draft that ties up some more loose ends following 
the recent F2F:

New proposed changes requiring group discussion on the next call include:

1. Edits to the introduction to match WCAG 2.0
2. Suggestions to modify the change the term "functionality" in the 
authoring tool definition section to "editing view"
3. Explanation of the 4 principles used in Part A
4. Many "Rationale" wording simplified.
5. Changed Level 1,2,3 to A,AA,AAA to match WCAG 2.0
6. A.2.1 Updated with some WCAG 2.0 wording
7. A.2.2 Updated with some WCAG 2.0 wording
8. A.3.3 Updated with some WCAG 2.0 wording
9. Undo guideline moved to A.4 to match WCAG 2.0
10. B.1.4 moved to B.2.5 and merged with the Templates requirements we 
added at the F2F
11. B.3.3 and B.3.4 merged
12. VERY basic disclaimer wording. Time: you had suggested this. What 
else does it need?
13. Glossary tightened up - some terms inherit new WCAG 2.0 wording - 
several new terms
