We mainly discussed JR's "Starter Comments on Wcag 2.0 draft

Group agreed on [1] and [2].

On [3], MM agreed to flesh his view out into a proposal.

On [4], there was agreement that we should discuss this on the list.

We also leaned more heavily towards the end of the week of Sept 19 for 
our Washington DC F2F since others seem to have no preference and Bob 
from Macromedia may be able to join. (I will send another email about this)
