There are some broken links. The relative links to

  /Consortium/Member/List
  ../Group/
  /TR/2002/NOTE-patent-practice-20020124#sec-Disclosure

should be made absolute as follows:

  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Member/List
  http://www.w3.org/Style/Group/
  http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/NOTE-patent-practice-20020124#sec-Disclosure

This is the same in both translations. For the rest everything looks 
fine.
