Dear Masters,

   Because of high tasks and hard works, the translation of the PNG document
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/REC-PNG-20031110) is slow. I hope we will be able
to finish it soon.

   By giving advertisement in Iran's newspapers, I try to use the help and
cooperation of better translators.

   I do my best to translate below pages before 10 of September.
