Dear Wojciech,

there two issues here. By all means, translations of HTML 4.01 are accepted and
listed on our site. Of course, it would be good to have the full range
translated, ie, XHTML 1.0 and 1.1, too, but HTML 4.01 is obviously widely used.

For the formatting issues, let us see if somebody will come up from the list to
help you. Of course I can also help you but it would be better to have somebody
from the Polish community; I would be afraid to touch a document whose language
I do not understand...
