agenda.  Suggestions please by noon uk time Thursday.  On my current list 
of possibles I have:

o propose publish new concepts wd
o propose publish new syntax wd
o schema wd update and call for reviers
o test cases wd update and call for reviewers
o model theory wd update
o cross document synchronization
o propose publish lbase as a note
