My take is that the reification is "linked to" a specific
triple based on the S, P, and O values.

All bNodes with rdf:type rdf:Statement and having the same
values for rdf:subject, rdf:predicate, and rdf:object (aside
from any other properties of that bNode) all denote
(separate) reifications of the same statement/triple
consisting of those S, P, and O values.
