Comments on 28022000 draft: Typos

Having read the draft, I found a few typos, see above. More interesting
comments on content matters will follow ;-)

Section 2.2.1, second paragraph, last line: 
Right parenthesis has to be removed.

Section 4.3.3, first paragraph:
"type" must be replaced with "Type"

Section 4.3.3, last but one paragraph:
For "Type" attribute a fixed width font should be used.

Section 6.4.1, identifier:
The link should also include the "dsa" fragid

Section 6.4.1, DTD comment:
Seems to be a victim of copy/paste ;-)
