I like '<Canonicalization Algorithm="...">', but it suggests that

	<DigestAlg Algorithm="urn:nist-gov:sha1"/>

Should become

	<Digest Algorithm="urn:nist-gov:sha1">a23bcd43"</Digest>

Which I also like.
