Let's note that we disagree about this issue.

- I have answered your specific questions based on the published (RFC2518) and
to-be-published-spec (BIND).

- And yes, we can expect that readers to indeed read both RFC2518 and BIND; if
we don't the whole activitiy doesn't make sense at all.

Please do not reopen this issue unless there are really new arguments.
