Previously resolved issues: COMPLIANCE_RESOURCE, MKCOL_AND_302, IMPLIED_LWS, DEEP_LOCK_ERROR_STATUS

In the WebDAV WG meeting, we reviewed the open issues from 
<http://www.webdav.org/wg/rfcdev/issues.htm>, and found some which we 
believed to be closed.

12 - COMPLIANCE_RESOURCE: This was resolved in RFC2518bis in draft -02 
or earlier (section 16, DAV Compliance Classes)
29 - MKCOL_AND_302: This was resolved in -02 or earlier (new section 
11, "Use of HTTP status codes")
30 - IMPLIED_LWS: This was resolved in -03 by declaring that the HTTP 
whitespace rules apply.
37 - DEEP_LOCK_ERROR_STATUS: This was fixed in -06 by changing the text 
to match the example.

If anybody feels these aren't resolved -- particularly if you raised 
that particular issue (Mark Anderson, ?, Jim Davis, Kevin Wiggen) -- 
let me know.  Otherwise, I propose that we resolve these as "inBis" in 
the issue list.
