DRAFT schedule: Meeting Thurs, Aug 5 -- afternoon

The WebDAV WG is meeting at the San Diego IETF -- so far, the meeting 
is scheduled on the DRAFT schedule as thursday afternoon.  If we keep 
this slot or any other Thursday slot, let's also do a group dinner 
after the meeting (finishing dinner in time to attend most of the 
plenary, so roughly from 17:30 to 19:30.)
