Sorry I was unclear.  I only reused 2616's "application/http" media
type, rather than invent a new encoding for a sequence of HTTP
requests.  The BATCH method and Request-Id header I suggested are new
(Content-Id could also be used in a multipart with a "message/http"
body for each request).
