Another test case?

I offer this test case because I think it would fail code I've written in 
the past:

(base,uri,relative)

   "http://ex/x/y?pp/qq" "http://ex/x/y?pp/rr" "y?pp/rr"

(The relative URI is NOT just "rr", right?)
